Abstract

The work is devoted to review the mechanisms of fixing non-adaptive traits in the plant population, for example, agrobacterial insertion. The hypothesis stated in this work tries to describe the process of trait distribution in the population. The program has been created to simulate the corresponding processes and confirm the hypothesis. The simulation results suggest that the corresponding fixation of non-adaptive features is not random.
