Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Принятие решений на основе данных с применением гибких методологий для торговой (B2B) компании». Целью исследования является формирование подхода принятия решений на основе данных в B2B компании с использованием гибких методологий. Исследование выполнялось на базе оптовой торговой компании по продаже сырной продукции. Предмет ВКРзаключается в задаче выбора BI-системы в оптовой торговой компании. Методы исследования: системный подход, методологии проектного управления, методологии бизнес-моделирования, визуализация данных, структуризация. Основные результаты исследования: – проведен анализ организации; – рассмотрены теоретические аспекты подхода по принятию решений на основе данных; – разработан выбор, реализованный на практике; – внедрено решение в компании; – повышена эффективность компании за счет решения задач, которые запланированы в структуре данной работе. Областью применения результатов ВКРявляется реализация подхода анализа данных в небольших торговых оптовых компаниях. Научной новизной является формирование методики внедрения BI-систем на основе гибких методологий в небольшой оптовой торговой организации. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The theme of the master's thesis: "Data-driven decision-making with the application of flexible methodologies for a trading (B2B) company". The purpose of the research is formation of a data-driven decision-making approach in a B2B company using flexible methodologies. The research was carried out based on wholesale trading company for the sale of cheese products. The subject of the thesis is it consists in the task of choosing a BI-system in a wholesale trading company. Research methods: system approach, project management methodologies, business modeling methodologies, data visualization, structuring. The main results of the study: – the analysis of the organization was carried out; – theoretical aspects of the data-driven decision-making approach are considered; – developed a choice, implemented in practice; – implemented the solution in the company; – increased the efficiency of the company by solving the tasks that are planned in the structure of this work. The field of application of results is the implementation of the data analysis approach in small wholesale trading companies. The scientific novelty is to develop a methodology for implementing BI-systems based on flexible methodologies in a small wholesale trade organization. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
