Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: Â«ÐœÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ…Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ линии Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ технологии радиочаÑтотной идентификации изготавливаемых изделий». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена изучению радиочаÑтотной идентификации на аппаратном и программном уровнÑÑ…, а также Ñозданию ÑиÑтемы Ñупервизорного ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ð¸ доработке программы управлениÑ. Работа проведена на базе Санкт-ПетербургÑкого политехничеÑкого универÑитета им. Петра Великого, где ÑобиралаÑÑŒ имеющаÑÑÑ Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ: оборудование, программа управлениÑ. ПроизводилоÑÑŒ: уÑтановка RFID-ÑиÑтемы, изучение документации, проектирование линии. Ð’ результате была иÑÑледована Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ RFID-ÑиÑтем, выполнен монтаж, доработана Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‡Ð°Ñть и ÑиÑтема диÑпетчерÑкого контролÑ. Отладка показала корректную работу вÑей Ñборочной линии.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Modernization of the mechatronic line using the technology of radio frequency identification of manufactured products». This work is devoted to the study of radio frequency identification at the hardware and software levels, as well as the refinement of the SCADA system and control program. The work was carried out on the basis of the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where the available information was collected: equipment, control program. Performed: RFID system installation, documentation study. As a result, the technology for the creation of RFID systems was investigated, installation was carried out, the software part and the system of dispatch control and data collection were improved. Debugging has shown the correct operation of the entire assembly line.
