
ОбеÑпечение лазерной безопаÑноÑти рабочего меÑта оператора лазерной уÑтановки на предприÑтии ÐО «РИРВ». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена изучению лазеров типа СПЛМ «МиниМÐРКЕР2тм» и СПЛМ «МиниМÐРКЕР2-20Ð4» Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñтрукции по охране труда. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Изучение лазеров в промышленноÑти; 2. Изучение профеÑÑии лазерного оператора; 3. РаÑчет клаÑÑов опаÑноÑти лазерных машин Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием данных из руководÑтва по ÑкÑплуатации; 4. Разработка карты риÑков Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð²; 5. Разработка инÑтрукции охраны труда при работе за лазерными машинами; 6. Разработка рекомендаций по поÑтроению производÑтвенного помещениÑ. Ð’ данной работе были проанализированы вредные воздейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… видов лазерных уÑтановок. Приведена актуальноÑть лазерной Ñварки, пайки, маркировки в Ñовременном мире. Ðужно было разработать инÑтрукцию по охране труда Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ… лазерных машин . Ð”Ð»Ñ Ñтого был поÑчитал клаÑÑ Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑноÑти СПЛМ «МиниМÐРКЕР2-20Ð4» и СПЛМ «МиниМÐРКЕР2тм», которые ÑоответÑтвенно оказалиÑÑŒ первым и вторым и из Ñтих данных была Ñделана инÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ охране труда ÑоответÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ о разработке Ñ ÐО «РИРВ».
Topic of graduation qualification work: Provision of laser safety of laser plant operator workstation at RIRV JSC enterprise. This work is devoted to the study of lasers of the type SPLM «MiniMARKER 2tm» and SPLM «MiniMARKER 2-20A4» to create instructions for the protection of work. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of lasers in industry; 2. Study of the profession of laser operator; 3. Calculation of hazard classes of laser machines using data from the operating manual; 4. Development of risk map for operators; 5. Development of occupational safety instruction for laser tires; 6. Development of recommendations for building a production facility. In this work, the harmful effects of various types of laser installations were analyzed. The relevance of laser welding, soldering, marking in the modern world is giv-en. It was necessary to develop a safety instruction for two laser machines. To do this, he considered the class of danger-style SPLM «MiniMARKER 2tm» and SPLM «MiniMARKER 2-20A4»which were responsibly the first and second and from these data an in-structure on labor protection was made corresponding to the development provision with JSC «RIRV».
