Abstract

Данная работа посвящена анализу отечественного рынка систем автоматизации аудиторской деятельности и обнаружению их слабых сторон. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение предлагаемых на российском рынке систем для автоматизации аудита. 2. Выявление лучшего существующего решения. 3. Экономическая эффективность от использования ПО. 4. Выявление слабых сторон данного решения. 5. Разработка рекомендаций по улучшению программного обеспечения. 6. Возможности коммерциализации нового решения на рынке. Работа произведена в компании АО «Основа», где на основе опыта пользователей собиралась нужная для исследования информация. Анализ экономической эффективности происходил с использованием ПО AuditXP. В результате были проанализированы 3 отечественных решения в сфере автоматизации аудита, произведен выбор лучшего из них. Произведен анализ слабых сторон данной системы и произведен реинжиниринг ее архитектуры. Проанализирована эффективность от использования готового решения. Посчитана возможность коммерциализации в случае создания собственного решения.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the domestic market of audit automation systems and the detection of their weaknesses. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of audit automation systems offered on the Russian market. 2. Identify the best existing solution. 3. Economic efficiency from the use of software. 4. Identify the weaknesses of this solution. 5. Development of recommendations for improving the software. 6. Opportunities to commercialize a new solution on the market. The work was carried out in the company "Osnova" JSC, where the information needed for the study was collected based on the experience of users. The cost-effectiveness analysis was performed using the AuditXP software. As a result, 3 domestic solutions in the field of audit automation were analyzed, and the best of them was selected. The weak points of this system are analyzed and its architecture is reengineered. The efficiency of using a ready-made solution is analyzed. The possibility of commercialization in the case of creating your own solution is considered.
