Abstract

На 93 страниц, 8 рисунков, 6 таблиц, 15 формул, 9 приложений. Объектом данного исследования является опытный образец измерительной установки УКМ-1000, предназначенной для контроля параметров концевых мер длины 3, 4 разряда рабочих классов точности 1–5, длиной до 1000 мм: определения отклонения от плоскопараллельности, измерения срединной длины. Цель работы заключается в исследовании погрешности усовершенствованного прибора УКМ-1000. Необходимо показать навыки по проектированию технологического процесса изготовления корпусной детали в условиях единичного производства, с применением оборудования с числовым программным управлением на примере детали «Корпус правый». В процессе проведения исследования были рассмотрены аналогичные установки для контроля параметров концевых мер, их конструкция. Изучена методика проведения поверки прибора УКМ-1000. По результатам проведѐнного исследования проведѐн сравнительный анализ показаний размаха при арретировании индуктивных преобразователей, абсолютной погрешности измерения длины концевой меры, абсолютной погрешности при измерении отклонения от плоскопараллельности. Сравнение производилось с показаниями, полученными на приборе до усовершенствования конструкции. Исследование проведено на кафедре СПбПУ, разработка конструкции установки проведена совместно с ИМЦ «МИКРО».

93 pages, 8 figures, 6 tables, 15 formulas, 9 applications The object of the study is the prototype model of measuring facility UKM1000, which is designed to measure the parameters of measures of length 3 and 4 digits and working classes of accuracy 1 - 5 up to 1000 mm long: determine deviations from plane-parallelism, measuring of median length The goal of the work concludes in investigation of the error of the upgraded device UKM-1000. It’s necessary to introduce skills in manufacturing process design of body part in conditions of a single item production, with applying of facilities with numerical control using the example of one of the part «Right corps». During the research process similar devices for controlling the parameters of end measures of length and their design were investigated. The method of verification of the UKM-1000 device has been studied. Based on the results of the study, a comparative analysis of range when arresting inductive converters, absolute inaccuracies of measuring the length of the gage block and absolute inaccuracies of measuring the deviations from plane-parallelism was carried out. The comparison was made with the measuring result, obtained on the device before the design improvement. Research was conducted at the department of SPbPU, the development of the design of the installation was carried out in common with the IMC "MICRO".
