Предмет иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ ÑиÑтема контроллинга как фактора качеÑтва корпоративного управлениÑ. Цель иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ проанализировать ÑущеÑтвующую ÑиÑтему ÑтратегичеÑкого ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñтием Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледующей разработки ÑиÑтемы ÑбаланÑированных показателей Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ключевых показателей ÑффективноÑти. Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию ÑущеÑтвующей ÑиÑтемы контроллинга и разработки методик ее улучшениÑ, за Ñчет Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемы ÑбаланÑированных показателей. Работа выполнена на предприÑтии ГУП «ПетербургÑкий метрополитен», где ÑобиралаÑÑŒ Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ‡Ð°Ñть фактичеÑкого материала. Проведен маркетинговый и финанÑово-хозÑйÑтвенный анализ предприÑтиÑ, а также ÑиÑтема ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñтием. Ð’ результате разработана ÑиÑтема контроллинга как фактора качеÑтва корпоративного управлениÑ, ÑоÑтоÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð¸Ð· ÑиÑтемы ÑбаланÑированных показателей по ключевым показателÑм ÑффективноÑти. ÐŸÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑиÑтема была выбрана как наиболее подходÑÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ крупного предприÑтиÑ, как метрополитен.
The theme of the final qualifying work: "Development of a controlling system as a factor in the quality of corporate governance." The object of the research is the State Unitary Enterprise "Petersburg Metro". The subject of the research is the controlling system as a factor in the quality of corporate governance. The purpose of the research is to analyze the existing system of strategic enterprise management for the subsequent development of a balanced scorecard using key performance indicators. This work is devoted to the study of the existing controlling system and the development of methods for its improvement, through the introduction of a balanced scorecard. The work was carried out at the State Unitary Enterprise "Petersburg Metro", where a significant part of the factual material was collected. Marketing and financial and economic analysis of the enterprise, as well as the enterprise management system. As a result, a controlling system has been developed as a factor of corporate governance quality, which consists of a balanced scorecard according to key performance indicators. The proposed system was chosen as the most suitable for such a large enterprise as the metro.
