Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию современного состояния и проблем волонтерского движения и разработке рекомендаций по его развитию. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Рассмотреть явление волонтерского движения на международном уровне и проследить историю его становления; 2. Изучить актуальные в Германии добровольческие программы и организации; 3. Изучить нормативно-правовую основу и выявить основные законы в сфере добровольческой деятельности; 4. Проанализировать существующие проблемы в рамках немецкого волонтерского движения и выдвинуть рекомендации по их устранению; 5. Спрогнозировать возможные перспективы развития волонтерства в Германии. Методы, которые были использованы в теоретической части – это сравнительный и контент-анализ. При написании практической части использовались моделирование и синтез. Системный анализ был применен для работы с документами и законодательством по теме. В результате были проанализированы существующие проблемы в рамках немецкого волонтерского движения и выдвинуты рекомендации по их устранению, а также спрогнозированы возможные перспективы развития волонтерства в Германии.

This work is devoted to the study of the current state and problems of the volunteer movement and the development of recommendations for its development. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. To consider the phenomenon of volunteer movement at the international level and to trace the history of its formation; 2. To study relevant volunteer programs and organizations in Germany; 3. To study the regulatory framework and identify the basic laws in the field of volunteerism; 4. To analyse the existing problems within the framework of the German volunteer movement and put forward recommendations for their elimination; 5. Predict possible prospects for the development of volunteering in Germany. The methods that were used in the theoretical part are comparative and content analysis. When writing the practical part, modelling and synthesis were used. System analysis was applied to work with documents and legislation on the topic. As a result, the existing problems within the framework of the German volunteer movement were analysed and recommendations for their elimination were put forward, as well as the possible prospects for the development of volunteering in Germany were predicted.
