Abstract

В первой части данный работы был разработан технологический процесс изготовления детали «Вал червячного редуктора» для условий среднесерийного производства, проведен анализ исходных данных и сформулированы основные технологические задачи, сформирован комплект технологической документации на основе полученных данных. Во второй части работы был проектирован сложнопрофильный режущий инструмент: резец фасонный дисковый, червячная модульная фреза и комплект из 2 метчиков. В конце данной части были выполнены чертежи для каждого инструмента. В третьей части работы выполнена задача по автоматизации процесса точения фаски на детали «Валик». Были проанализированы несколько вариантов загрузочных устройств, ориентирующих механизмов и отсекателей. По итогам третьей части была построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка и выполнен сборочный чертёж со спецификацией.

In the first part of this work, the technological manufacturing process of the "worm gear Shaft" detail for medium-scale manufacturing was developed, the initial data were analyzed and the main technological tasks were formulated, a set of technological documentation was formed based on the obtained data. In the second part of the work, a complex profile cutting tool was designed: a disk shaped cutter, a worm mill and a set of 2 taps. At the end of this part, drawings were made for each tool. In the third part of the work, the task of automating the process of turning the chamfer on the "Roller" part is completed. Several variants of loading devices, orienting mechanisms and cut-offs were analyzed. Based on the results of the third part, a cyclogram of the loading device and the machine was built and an assembly drawing with a specification was made.
