Ð’ первой чаÑти данный работы был разработан технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Вал червÑчного редуктора» Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÑловий ÑреднеÑерийного производÑтва, проведен анализ иÑходных данных и Ñформулированы оÑновные технологичеÑкие задачи, Ñформирован комплект технологичеÑкой документации на оÑнове полученных данных. Во второй чаÑти работы был проектирован Ñложнопрофильный режущий инÑтрумент: резец фаÑонный диÑковый, червÑÑ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð° и комплект из 2 метчиков. Ð’ конце данной чаÑти были выполнены чертежи Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ инÑтрумента. Ð’ третьей чаÑти работы выполнена задача по автоматизации процеÑÑа Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°Ñки на детали «Валик». Были проанализированы неÑколько вариантов загрузочных уÑтройÑтв, ориентирующих механизмов и отÑекателей. По итогам третьей чаÑти была поÑтроена циклограмма работы загрузочного уÑтройÑтва и Ñтанка и выполнен Ñборочный чертёж Ñо Ñпецификацией.
In the first part of this work, the technological manufacturing process of the "worm gear Shaft" detail for medium-scale manufacturing was developed, the initial data were analyzed and the main technological tasks were formulated, a set of technological documentation was formed based on the obtained data. In the second part of the work, a complex profile cutting tool was designed: a disk shaped cutter, a worm mill and a set of 2 taps. At the end of this part, drawings were made for each tool. In the third part of the work, the task of automating the process of turning the chamfer on the "Roller" part is completed. Several variants of loading devices, orienting mechanisms and cut-offs were analyzed. Based on the results of the third part, a cyclogram of the loading device and the machine was built and an assembly drawing with a specification was made.
