
Ð’ первом разделе данной работы поÑтапно опиÑана разработка технологичеÑкого процеÑÑа Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Ступица переднего колеÑа» в уÑловиÑÑ… ÑреднеÑерийного производÑтва и получены вÑе необходимые данные Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ¸ комплекта технологичеÑкой документации. The first section of this work describes step-by-step the development of the manufacturing process of the part "Front wheel hub" in the conditions of medium-scale production and received all the necessary data for the development of a set of technological documentation. In the second section, cutting tools of a complex profile were designed: a shaped cutter, a set of taps for cutting metric threads, and a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears. In the third section, based on the specified operation, a conductive devices for drilling holes on parts such as sleeve with flange.
