Ð’ работе произведен раÑчет напрÑженно-деформированного ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ñ‚ÑƒÑˆÐºÐ¸ тороидального Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð¼Ð°ÐºÐ° Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ технологиÑми ÑредÑтвами программного комплекÑа Ansys APDL методом конечных Ñлементов. Ðа оÑновании Ñправочной литературы определены критерии прочноÑти, которым должны ÑоответÑтвовать Ñлементы иÑÑледуемой Ñлектромагнитной ÑиÑтемы. ÐапиÑаны макроÑÑ‹, производÑщие раÑчет трех математичеÑких моделей, поÑтроенных на оÑновании проектировочной геометрии и дейÑтвующих в уÑтановке нагрузок в двух различных ÑлучаÑÑ… центрального Ñрыва плазмы. Ð’Ñ‹Ñвлены наиболее опаÑные Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ñти учаÑтки Ñлектромагнитной ÑиÑтемы, дана оценка ÑоответÑтвию Ñлементов Ñлектромагнитной уÑтановки критериÑм прочноÑти и рекомендации по изменению конÑтрукции. РаÑчет произведен на оÑновании техничеÑкого Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° выполнение раÑчетных и конÑтрукторÑких работ в поддержку «ÐИОКРв обоÑнование концептуального проекта токамака Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ технологиÑми» Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ иÑÑледовательÑкого центра «КурчатовÑкий инÑтитут». Ðагрузки, дейÑтвующие в уÑтановке, были получены в результате Ñлектромагнитного раÑчета в ÐО «ÐИИÐФл им. Д. Ð’. Ефремова.
In this study, the stress-strain state of the tokamak's toroidal field coil with reactor technologies was calculated using the finite element method in Ansys APDL software package. Strength criteria for the elements of the electromagnetic system were determinate based on the reference literature. Three mathematical models were built on the basis of design geometry and acting in installation of loads in two different cases of central plasma disruption and implemented in APDL macros. The sections of the electromagnetic system that are the most dangerous with respect to strength were identified. The correspondence of the elements of the electromagnetic installation to the strength criteria was assessed, and recommendations for design changes were developed. The study was conducted based on technical requirements for the calculation and design work for «R&D to substantiate the conceptual design of the tokamak with reactor technologies» for the National Research Centre «Kurchatov Institute». The loads operating in the installation were obtained as a result of electromagnetic calculations in «D.V.Efremov Institute of Electrophysical Apparatus».
