Abstract

Ð’ первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работе магистра продемонстрирован выбор станка с ЧПУ по модифицированной методике оценки производительности. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра представлен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обрабатываемой детали «Решетка», определены параметры объема выпуска, проведена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса изготовления детали с применением станков с ЧПУ, выбор оборудования и оснастки, анализ припусков и напусков с точки зрения условия Ð¸Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ и достаточности при использовании станков с ЧПУ, расчет режимов резания и нормирование операций. Ð’ третьем разделе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра представлен порядок расчета сил и мощности резания. Показан порядок конструирования специального станочного приспособления для установки детали. Показан расчет погрешности данного приспособления.

In the first section of the final qualification work of the master, the choice of a CNC machine according to a modified methodology for evaluating productivity is demonstrated. In the second section of the final qualification work of the master, the analysis of the manufacturability of the workpiece “Grid” is presented, the parameters of the output volume are determined, the technological process for manufacturing the part using CNC machines is developed, the selection of equipment and accessories, the analysis of allowances and inlets from the point of view of the conditions of their need and sufficiency when using CNC machines, calculation of cutting modes and rationing of operations. The third section of the final qualification work of the master presents the procedure for calculating cutting forces and power. The order of designing a special machine tool for installing parts is shown. The calculation of the error of this device is shown.
