Abstract

В процессе исследования были проведены: анализ областей применения детандер-генераторного агрегата в газовой промышленности; аналитический обзор детандер–генераторных агрегатов применяемых для газораспределительных стаций различной производительности; изучение характеристик эксплуатации газораспределительной станции, обоснование перспективности внедрения ДГА и необходимого мощностного диапазона; выбор оптимальной схемы подключения к узлам ГРС, выбор схемы подогрева, выбор компоновки, геометрических характеристик и типа турбины; рассмотрение наиболее приемлемых схем внедрения детандер–генераторного агрегата на ГРС «Никольское»; произведен расчет двух разных компоновок и их проектирование. В результате исследования: выбрана оптимальная схема подключения детандер–генераторного агрегата, произведен расчет температуры подогрева с учетом ограничений и вырабатываемой мощности детандер–генератором в зависимости от расхода природного газа на ГРС, возникла неопределенность в компоновке ДГА, поэтому был произведен расчет и создана конструкция двух установок. Область применения: газораспределительные станции магистрального газопровода средней и малой производительности.

The study included: analysis of the areas of application of the expander-generator unit in the gas industry; analytical review of expander – generator units used for gas distribution stations of various capacities; study of the operation characteristics of a gas distribution station, justification of the prospects for the introduction of expander-generator unit and the required power range; selection of the optimal connection scheme to the gas distribution units, selection of a heating circuit, selection of layout, geometric characteristics and type of turbine consideration of the most acceptable schemes for the implementation of the expander – generator unit at the «Nikolskoye» GDS; calculation of two different sets and their design. As a result of the study: the optimal connection diagram of the expander – generator unit was selected, the heating temperature was calculated taking into account the limitations and the generated power of the expander – generator, depending on the flow of natural gas at the gas distribution station, uncertainty arose in the variant of set of the gas generator, therefore, the calculation and the design was made of two plants. Application field: gas distribution stations of the main gas pipeline of average and low productivity.
