Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Политическая система общества: правовая сущность и динамика развития». Цель исследования состоит в выявлении правовой сущности и динамики развития политической системы на примере Российской Федерации. Следующие задачи были поставлены и достигнуты в работе: – провести общетеоретический анализ основных понятий, используемых в исследовании политической системы; – выявить особенности политической системы современной России; – определить соотношение авторитарных и демократических принципов управления, оказывающих влияние на становление и развитие политической системы России; – проанализировать особенности основных этапов трансформации политической системы современной России; – на основе метода анализа реализации политической власти в России сделать прогноз возможных путей развития демократических институтов гражданского общества. Работа проведена на основе анализа действующих нормативно-правовых актов, научной литературы. Результатом исследования является определение направления развития политической системы Российской Федерации и установление необходимости совершенствования законодательства, регулирующего основные элементы данной системы.

The theme of the final qualification work: "The political system of society: the legal nature and dynamics of development." The purpose of the study is to identify the legal nature and dynamics of the development of the political system on the example of the Russian Federation. The following tasks were set and achieved in the work: - conduct a general theoretical analysis of the basic concepts used in the study of the political system; - identify features of the political system of modern Russia; - determine the ratio of authoritarian and democratic principles of governance that influence the formation and development of the political system of Russia; - to analyze the features of the main stages of the transformation of the political system of modern Russia; - Based on the method of analysis of the implementation of political power in Russia, make a forecast of the possible development paths of democratic civil society institutions. The work was carried out on the basis of the analysis of existing legal acts, scientific literature. The result of the study is to determine the direction of development of the political system of the Russian Federation and to establish the need to improve legislation governing the basic elements of this system.
