Объектом исследования является инфраструктура коттеджного поселка и его проектирование в зависимости от особенностей рельефа. Цель работы: проектирование коттеджного поселка в зависимости от особенностей рельефа и обустройство его территории для комфортного проживания. В ходе работы решились следующие задачи: 1. Выбран участок под строительство поселка 2. Выполнено зонирование территории 3. Продумала дорожная связь 4. Выполнено проектирование ливневой канализации Работа проведена на базе анализа актуальных нормативных документов гидротехнических мелиораций в сфере промышленного и гражданского строительства, в частности в строительстве открытых плоскостных сооружений в парках и садах. Кроме того, учтены документы, регламентирующие параметры спортивных объектов.

The design of storm sewers The work was carried out on the basis of the analysis of relevant regulatory documents for hydraulic engineering land reclamation in the field of industrial and civil construction, in particular in the construction of open planar structures in parks and gardens. In addition, the documents governing the parameters of sports facilities were taken into account.
