Объектом исследования является АО «Ижорский Трубный Завод». Цель выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в улучшении экономической ситуации на предприятии и обоснование выбранного решения. В работе дана подробная суть оценки хозяйственной деятельности, описаны методы оценки деятельности предприятия. Исследована организационная характеристика АО «ИТЗ», проведен анализ финансово-экономических показателей хозяйственной деятельности, проведен комплексный анализ. На основе полученной информации разработаны рекомендации по оптимизации основных показателей хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Произведена оценка эффективности предложенных рекомендаций, на основе которых была выбрана одна из наиболее применимых.

The object of research is Izhora Pipe Plant JSC. The purpose of the final qualification work is to improve the economic situation at the enterprise and the rationale for the selected solution. The paper gives the detailed essence of the assessment of economic activity, describes methods for assessing the activities of the enterprise. The organizational characteristics of ITZ JSC were investigated, an analysis of financial and economic indicators of economic activity was carried out, a comprehensive analysis was carried out. Based on the information received, recommendations were developed on optimizing the main indicators of the economic activity of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the proposed recommendations was evaluated, on the basis of which one of the most applicable was chosen.
