Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: Â«ÐžÑ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ монолитного учаÑтка Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ð¾Ñтью Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ BIM-технологии». Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Выбор наиболее перÑпективной технологии Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и Ñооружений на оÑнове анализа Ñовременного ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ работ в жилом домоÑтроении. 2. Разработка технологии организации труда монолитного учаÑтка Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ð¾Ñтью Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ BIM. 3. Оценка организационно-ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти разработанной технологии на конкретном примере. ОÑновой иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð° Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð° монолитного учаÑтка. Было выÑвлено, что именно Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ перÑпективной Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñех учаÑтников Ñтроительного проекта. Также, раÑÑмотрены возможноÑти информационного модели зданиÑ. Topic of the final qualifying work: "Organization of the work of a monolithic site with the possibility of using BIM technology". Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Selection of the most promising technology for the construction of buildings and structures based on the analysis of the current state of the organization of work in residential housing construction. 2. Development of technology for organizing the work of a monolithic site with the possibility of using BIM. 3. Assessment of the organizational and economic efficiency of the developed technology on a specific example. The basis of the study was the organization of work of the monolithic site. It was revealed that the monolithic technology is the most promising for all participants of the construction project. Also, the possibilities of building information models are considered. Subsequently, based on the analyzed data, a technology for organizing work was developed with the possibility of using BIM (building information model), in order to improve the quality of production, save construction time and minimize the cost of work.
