Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание гостиницы с подземной автостоянкой». В данной работе была представлена технология гидроизоляции, которая применяется в подземных частях сооружений – «Белая ванна». В состав работы входят следующие шаги: - описание технологии гидроизоляции подземных частей сооружений под названием «белая ванна» - сравнительный анализ технических характеристик и организационных особенностей применения видов гидроизоляции - вывод и выбор наиболее эффективного для данного объекта вида гидроизоляции конструкций В ходе работы сравнивались различные типы гидроизоляции, а именно: сроки возведения конструкции и экономия средств при использовании конкретного метода. В результате были выведены преимущества и недостатки разных видов гидроизоляции и сделан аргументированный выбор в пользу конкретной технологии. Данная сравнительная работа может быть использована при выборе оптимального метода гидроизоляции строительных конструкций.

Subject of the final qualification work: «High-rise hotel building with underground carpark». In this work the waterproofing technology was introduced. It is used in the underground parts of the constructions - “White bath”. The stages of the work are following: - a description of the waterproofing technology of the underground parts of structures called “white bath” - a comparative analysis of technical characteristics and organizational features of the use of different waterproofing methods - conclusion and selection of the most effective type of waterproofing technology for a given building In the work various types of waterproofing were compared, namely: construction erection time and cost savings when using a specific method. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of waterproofing were deduced and reasoned choice was made in favor of a specific technology. This comparative work can be used in choosing the optimal method of waterproofing for building structures.
