Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «ВыÑотное здание гоÑтиницы Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð·ÐµÐ¼Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ автоÑтоÑнкой». Ð’ данной работе была предÑтавлена Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð»Ñции, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÑетÑÑ Ð² подземных чаÑÑ‚ÑÑ… Ñооружений – Â«Ð‘ÐµÐ»Ð°Ñ Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Â». Ð’ ÑоÑтав работы входÑÑ‚ Ñледующие шаги: - опиÑание технологии гидроизолÑции подземных чаÑтей Ñооружений под названием Â«Ð±ÐµÐ»Ð°Ñ Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Â» - Ñравнительный анализ техничеÑких характериÑтик и организационных оÑобенноÑтей Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² гидроизолÑции - вывод и выбор наиболее Ñффективного Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ объекта вида гидроизолÑции конÑтрукций Ð’ ходе работы ÑравнивалиÑÑŒ различные типы гидроизолÑции, а именно: Ñроки Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñтрукции и ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ ÑредÑтв при иÑпользовании конкретного метода. Ð’ результате были выведены преимущеÑтва и недоÑтатки разных видов гидроизолÑции и Ñделан аргументированный выбор в пользу конкретной технологии. Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑÑ€Ð°Ð²Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° может быть иÑпользована при выборе оптимального метода гидроизолÑции Ñтроительных конÑтрукций.
Subject of the final qualification work: «High-rise hotel building with underground carpark». In this work the waterproofing technology was introduced. It is used in the underground parts of the constructions - “White bathâ€. The stages of the work are following: - a description of the waterproofing technology of the underground parts of structures called “white bath†- a comparative analysis of technical characteristics and organizational features of the use of different waterproofing methods - conclusion and selection of the most effective type of waterproofing technology for a given building In the work various types of waterproofing were compared, namely: construction erection time and cost savings when using a specific method. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of waterproofing were deduced and reasoned choice was made in favor of a specific technology. This comparative work can be used in choosing the optimal method of waterproofing for building structures.
