Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке дроссельного модулятора с мощностью 10 кВт в пиковой точке. Дроссельный модулятор позволяет пропускать ток источника непосредственно в нагрузку, минуя активный элемент, что позволяет снизить потери мощность. Так же модуляционный дроссель позволяет не использовать крупногабаритные фильтрующие емкости и дроссели непосредственно в источники питания, ввиду того, что модуляционный дроссель подавляет пульсации выпрямленного напряжения В ходе работы рассмотрены виды модуляции, их достоинства и недостатки. Выбирается наилучшая вариация реализации модулятора, соответствующая наилучшему коэффициенту полезного действия и массогабаритным показателям. Производится расчет и моделирование данной схемы. В качестве активного элемента выбирается транзистор, поскольку отказ от электровакуумных приборов значительно снижает стоимость производства и обслуживания, а так же уменьшаются массогабаритные параметры, а это, в свою очередь одна из первостепенных задач в сфере радиовещания в России. Результатом работы является дроссельный модулятор с КПД 92%.

This work is devoted to the development of a throttle modulator with a power of 10 kW at the peak point. A throttle modulator allows to pass the source current to a load directly, bypassing the active element, thereby reducing the power loss. Also, the modulation inductor eliminates the need for large filter capacities and inductors directly to power supplies, since the modulation inductor suppresses the ripple of the rectified voltage In the course of the work reviewed types of modulation, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. The best variation of the modulator implementation is selected, corresponding to the best efficiency and weight and size indicators. Produced the calculation and simulation of this scheme. A transistor is chosen as the active element, since the rejection of vacuum equipment significantly reduces the cost of production and maintenance, as well as the overall dimensions are reduced, and this, in turn, is one of the paramount tasks in the field of broadcasting in Russia. The result is a throttle modulator with an efficiency of 92%.
