Abstract

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “High-rise business center with built-in premises in Saint-Petersburg”. The given work is devoted to studying of using algorithmic design methods on the example of a multi-storey building. During the research, the following tasks were set and solved: • On the example of the completed model, you need to implement the principle of checking the correctness of the basic dependencies of elements; • Working out the principles of working with attributes; • Comparison of internal Revit tools for working with information and Dynamo scripts; The work was carried out on the basis of materials of pre-graduate practice, as well as using the following software products: Autodesk Revit 2018, Autodesk Revit 2020, Dynamo, PC "LIRA-CAD", Autodesk Autocad 2020, Magicad, Lumion, MS Project. In the given work were made parts of project documentation. Two Dynamo scripts were developed using in this project to research efficiency of the program. A comparative analysis of the internal tools of Revit 2020 with the capabilities of Dynamo was performed by the author. Based on the results of the study, a significant advantage of using the Dynamo tool in comparison with some internal features of Autodesk Revit was revealed. Also, using the example of the developed scripts, it was found that the use of these programs as auxiliary elements for the implementation of BIM modeling is quite effective and accurate, and allows you to reduce labor costs for manual editing of the model.
