
Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑкной квалификационной работы был разработан проект ÐИИ Ñ Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð¹ подземной чаÑтью. Цель работы заключаетÑÑ Ð² разработке, в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑким заданием, Ñледующих разделов: ПЗУ, ÐÐ , КР, ИОС, ПОС, ТСП, ПБ, ОДИ, ÐÐ, СМ. ÐŸÑ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð° в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ ÐŸÐ¾Ñтановлением правительÑтва РФ от 16 Ñ„ÐµÐ²Ñ€Ð°Ð»Ñ 2008 года â„– 87 «О ÑоÑтаве разделов проектной документации и требованиÑÑ… к их Ñодержанию (Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ на 28 Ð°Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ»Ñ 2020 года) [3]. Была раÑÑмотрена проблематика Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð¼ «Ñверху-вниз», оценена рациональноÑть выбора данного метода, его преимущеÑтва и недоÑтатки. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ цели были поÑтавлены Ñледующие задачи: - раÑÑмотреть метод уÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑа Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñтажных зданий. - опиÑать поÑледовательноÑть производÑтва работ по возведению многоÑтажного Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ метода «Ñверху-вниз». - оценить ожидаемые Ñроки ÑтроительÑтва предложенным методом производÑтва работ, выполнить технико-ÑкономичеÑкое Ñравнение Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ методами Выбран наиболее технологичный вариант Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð°, возводимый ÑпоÑобом«Сверху-вниз». Также было произведено Ñравнение ÑкономичеÑкой выгодноÑти выбранной технологии.
In the course of the final qualification work, a design of a research institute with a multifunctional underground part was developed. The purpose of the work is to develop, in accordance with the terms of reference, the following sections: ROM, AR, KR, IOS, POS, TSP, PB, ODI, EE, SM. Design documentation was developed in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87 “On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content (as amended on April 28, 2020) [3]. The problems of building a building using the top-down method were considered, the rationality of the choice of this method, its advantages and disadvantages were evaluated. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: - consider a method of accelerating the process of erecting multi-story buildings. - describe the sequence of works on the construction of a multi-storey building using the top- down method. - evaluate the expected construction time by the proposed method of work, perform a technical and economic comparison with traditional methods Selected the most technologically advanced option for the construction of the pit, erected by the method "Top down". A comparison was also made of the economic viability of the selected technology.
