Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Гостиница с рестораном и торговыми помещениями в стилобатной части». В работе представлена проектная документация на строительство административного здания в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ № 87 от 16 февраля 2008 г. Разработаны план участка, архитектурные, объемно-планировочные и конструктивные решения, проект системы вентиляции здания, мероприятия по пожарной безопасности и доступу инвалидов, выполнен проект организации строительства и составлена сметная документация на строительные работы. Особенностью данного проекта здания гостиницы является то, что оно стоит на стилобатной части. Рассмотрен вопрос о целесообразности применения стилобатной части в строительстве высотных зданий в г. Санкт-Петербург. В рамках исследовательской части поставлены следующие задачи: 1) Разработать функциональные связи; 2) Разработать планы; 3) Обеспечить пожарную безопасность; 4) Обеспечить доступ МГН; 5) Описать конструктивные решения; 6) Разработать кондиционирование обеденного зала. Анализ показал, что стилобатная часть помогает повысить эффективность использования территории. Кроме того, с точки зрения архитектуры, данный элемент здания придает ему уникальный вид.

The subject of the final qualifying work: "Hotel with restaurant and retail premises in the stylobatny part". The paper presents the project documentation for the construction of an administrative building in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 of February 16, 2008. The site plan, architectural, space-planning and design solutions, the project of the building's ventilation system, measures for fire safety and disabled access were developed, the project of construction organization was completed and estimated documentation for construction work was compiled. The peculiarity of this project of the hotel building is that it stands on the stylobate part. The article considers the feasibility of using the stylobate part in the construction of high-rise buildings in Saint Petersburg. In the framework of the research the following objectives: 1) Develop functional relationships; 2) Develop plans; 3) to Ensure fire safety; 4) to Provide access MH; 5) Describe the design solutions; 6) Develop air conditioning for the dining room. The analysis showed that stylobata part helps to improve the efficiency of use of the territory. In addition, from the point of view of architecture, this element of the building gives it a unique look.
