Abstract

В данной работе разработан проект коттеджа на территории периодического подтопления. Произведён теплотехнический расчёт ограждающих конструкций, выполнены расчеты чердачного перекрытия, кровельного покрытия и свайного фундамента в ростверке. Запроектирована ливневая канализация участка, рассчитаны размеры водоотводных лотков, минимальная глубина заложения канализационных труб. Выполнена вертикальная планировка участка и благоустройство приусадебной территории.

In this work, a cottage project has been developed on the territory of periodic flooding. The thermotechnical calculation of the enclosing structures was carried out, the attic floor, roofing and pile foundation in the grillage were calculated. The storm sewer of the site was designed, the dimensions of the drainage trays, the minimum depth of the sewer pipes were calculated. The vertical layout of the plot and the improvement of the personal territory were completed.
