Ð’ данной работе разработан проект бизнеÑ-центра Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð·ÐµÐ¼Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ автоÑтоÑнкой. Цель иÑÑледовательÑкой чаÑти работы: изучить Ð²Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ ÑффективноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñокопрочного бетона применительно к данному проекту. ÐœÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹: на оÑнове полученных раÑчетных данных произведен анализ вариантов Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð· бетона клаÑÑа Ð’40 и выÑокопрочного бетона клаÑÑа Ð’80. Получены Ñледующие результаты: 1. Применение выÑокопрочного бетона приводит к уменьшению раÑчетных Ñечений каркаÑных конÑтрукций, что обуÑловливает Ñокращение раÑхода материалов; 2. ÐкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑффективноÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñокопрочного бетона в проекте может быть обеÑпечена при уменьшении размеров ÑÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¾Ð½Ð½ до 350Ñ…350 мм, однако такое Ñечение не ÑоответÑтвует прочноÑтным требованиÑм; 3. Ðнализ по показателÑм ÑтоимоÑти ÑвидетельÑтвует, что Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð·ÐµÐ¼Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ чаÑти зданиÑ, неÑÐ¼Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€Ñ Ð½Ð° Ñокращение раÑхода материалов, применение выÑокопрочного бетона в данном проекте приводит к удорожанию на 4%, по Ñравнению Ñ Ð±ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼ клаÑÑа Ð’40.
In this work, a project of a business center with an underground parking lot was developed. The purpose of the research part of the work: to study the issue of the effectiveness of using high-strength concrete in relation to this project. Work methodology: based on the calculated data, the analysis of design options from concrete of class B40 and high-strength concrete of class B80 is carried out. The following results were obtained: 1. The use of high-strength concrete leads to a decrease in the design cross-sections of frame structures, which leads to a reduction in the consumption of materials; 2. The economic efficiency of the use of high-strength concrete in the project can be achieved by reducing the size of the cross-section of the columns to 350x350 mm, however, such a section does not meet the strength requirements; 3. Analysis of cost indicators indicates that for the underground part of the building, despite the reduction in material consumption, the use of high-strength concrete in this project leads to a rise in price by 4% compared with concrete of class B40.
