Abstract

В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлена разработка технологического процесса изготовления детали «Вал промежуточный многоступенчатый »: проанализированы исходные данные, осуществлен выбор метода получения заготовки, произведена разработка технологического процесса обработки детали, выбор оборудования, технологической оснастки, режущего и вспомогательного инструмента, рассчитаны режимы резания для операций, рассчитаны нормы времени для операций и сформирован комплект технологической документации. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлены три подраздела: проектирование фасонного дискового резца, проектирование комплекта метчиков и проектирование червячной фрезы для нарезания цилиндрических зубчатых колёс. В третьем разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен алгоритм проектирования загрузочно-разгрузочного устройства для автоматизации точения канавки на детали «Вал промежуточный многоступенчатый»: произведен сравнительный анализ нескольких структурных схем загрузочных устройств, рассчитаны геометрические параметры проектируемого устройства, разработана схема механизма поштучной выдачи и осуществлен выбор привода досылателя и выбран механизм сбора готовых изделий, а также построена циклограмма работы загрузочно-разгрузочного устройства.

The first section of the bachelor's final qualification work presents the development of the technological process for manufacturing a part "Intermediate multi-stage shaft": the initial data were analyzed, the method of obtaining the workpiece was selected, the part processing process was developed, the equipment, tooling, cutting and auxiliary tools were selected, the cutting modes for operations were calculated, the time norms for operations were calculated, and a set of technological documentation was formed. In the second section of the bachelor's final qualification work, three subsections are presented: designing a shaped disc cutter, designing a set of taps, and designing a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears. In the third section of the final qualification work of bachelors presents the algorithm design of the loading and unloading device for automated turning of grooves on the details of the "intermediate Shaft multi-stage": the comparative analysis of several structural schemes of boot devices, calculated geometric parameters of the designed device, the scheme of the mechanism piece of issuance and was selected actuator rod and the selected mechanism for the collection of finished products, as well as built plan of work loading and unloading device.
