Ð’ третьем разделе выпуÑкной квалификационной работы бакалавра предÑтавлен алгоритм Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ·Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾-разгрузочного уÑтройÑтва Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð½Ð°Ð²ÐºÐ¸ на детали «Вал промежуточный многоÑтупенчатый»: произведен Ñравнительный анализ неÑкольких Ñтруктурных Ñхем загрузочных уÑтройÑтв, раÑÑчитаны геометричеÑкие параметры проектируемого уÑтройÑтва, разработана Ñхема механизма поштучной выдачи и оÑущеÑтвлен выбор привода доÑÑ‹Ð»Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ выбран механизм Ñбора готовых изделий, а также поÑтроена циклограмма работы загрузочно-разгрузочного уÑтройÑтва.
The first section of the bachelor's final qualification work presents the development of the technological process for manufacturing a part "Intermediate multi-stage shaft": the initial data were analyzed, the method of obtaining the workpiece was selected, the part processing process was developed, the equipment, tooling, cutting and auxiliary tools were selected, the cutting modes for operations were calculated, the time norms for operations were calculated, and a set of technological documentation was formed. In the second section of the bachelor's final qualification work, three subsections are presented: designing a shaped disc cutter, designing a set of taps, and designing a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears. In the third section of the final qualification work of bachelors presents the algorithm design of the loading and unloading device for automated turning of grooves on the details of the "intermediate Shaft multi-stage": the comparative analysis of several structural schemes of boot devices, calculated geometric parameters of the designed device, the scheme of the mechanism piece of issuance and was selected actuator rod and the selected mechanism for the collection of finished products, as well as built plan of work loading and unloading device.
