Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Учёт и анализ раÑходов на оплату труда в ÑиÑтеме ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñоналом в организациÑÑ… Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ (на примере ООО «Ðью китчен»)». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена теоретичеÑким и практичеÑким аÑпектам, а также оÑновным положениÑм по учету и анализу раÑходов на оплату труда перÑонала и выÑвлению Ñ€Ñда рекомендаций по улучшению оптимизации оплаты труда. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñтавленной цели были определены Ñледующие задачи: 1. ОзнакомитьÑÑ Ñ ÑкономичеÑким Ñодержанием заработной платы. 2. РаÑÑмотреть ÑиÑтемы, виды и формы оплаты труда. 3. Проанализировать организационно-ÑкономичеÑкую характериÑтику ООО «Ðью китчен». 4. ПровеÑти анализ трудовых реÑурÑов ООО «Ðью китчен». Работа проведена по организации общеÑтвенного Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐžÐžÐž «Ðью китчен». Ð’ ходе работы были, во-первых, изучены и ÑопоÑтавлены различные теоретичеÑкие подходы к определению понÑтий «оплата труда» и Â«Ð·Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ñ‚Ð°, были иÑÑледованы подходы разных авторов (как отечеÑтвенных, так и зарубежных) и выделены оÑновные функции заработной платы в Ñовременных уÑловиÑÑ…. С целью оценки деÑтельноÑти организации были проанализированы показатели финанÑовой отчетноÑти и финанÑового ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ на конец 2019 года. По результатам анализа был Ñделан выгод о выÑоком уровне финанÑовой уÑтойчивоÑти организации, была проÑлежена Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð¶Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ð´ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ‰ÐµÐ¹ ÑтоимоÑти активов при опережающих темпах роÑта ÑобÑтвенного капитала.
Theme of final qualification work: “Accounting and analysis of labor costs in the personnel management system in catering (on the example “New kitchen†LCC)|â€. This work is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects, as well as the main provisions for the accounting and analysis of staff costs and the identification of a number of recommendations for improving pay optimization. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: 1. Get acquainted with the economic content of wages. 2. Consider systems, types and forms of remuneration. 3. Analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of New Kitchen LLC. 4. Carry out an analysis of the labor resources of New Kitchen LLC. The work was carried out on the organization of public catering of New Kitchen LLC. In the course of the work, firstly, various theoretical approaches to the definition of the terms “wages†and “wages†were studied and compared, the approaches of various authors (both domestic and foreign) were investigated and the main functions of wages in modern conditions were identified. In order to assess the organization's performance, we analyzed the indicators of financial statements and the financial condition of the company at the end of 2019. Based on the results of the analysis, benefits were made about the high level of financial stability of the organization, a positive trend was observed in the increase in the total value of assets with faster growth rates of equity.
