Abstract

The theme of the final qualification work: "Hydraulic drive table milling machine." This work is devoted to the calculation and design of the hydraulic drive table of the milling machine. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of the principle of operation of the UCP with throttle control; 2. Energy calculation of the hydraulic cylinder; 3. Calculation of the main parameters of the elements of the hydraulic system; 4. Construction of static characteristics of hydraulic elements of the power unit control system; 5. Construction of LACH and LFCH open and closed systems; 6. Calculation of the transition process of the system; 7. Construction of an assembly drawing of a hydraulic amplifier. The work was carried out on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge of hydraulic servo systems, as well as generally accepted calculations of the elements of this system. In this work, we used the analysis of the hydraulic drive elements and the mathematical calculation of the main parameters. As a result, the main parameters of the elements of the hydraulic drive of the milling table were obtained, the transition process of the system, and the assembly drawing of the hydraulic amplifier was built.
