Abstract

Целью исследования является изучение проблем при разработке ИТ-решения на малых производственных предприятиях. Задачи исследования: - изучить эффективность архитектурного подхода при проведении проектов по разработке программного обеспечения; - проанализировать и обосновать выбор методологии разработки программного обеспечения для реализации проекта разработки ИТ решения; - описать основные требования и предоставить результаты проекта по внедрению системы отслеживания заказов; - проанализировать результаты и дать рекомендации по ведению проекта разработки программного обеспечения; Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «СВ» (г. Санкт-Петербург). Методы исследования: архитектурное моделирование, описание процесса разработки, изучение публикаций по теме исследования Основные результаты исследования: - исследована архитектурного подхода при проведении проектов по разработке программного обеспечения; - осуществлен анализ эффективности применения выбранной методологии разработки программного обеспечения при разработке ИТ решения; - предоставлены результаты проекта по внедрению системы отслеживания заказов; - проведено исследование возникших проблем и причин их возникновения, предложены способы для их предотвращения. Научная новизна заключается в применении архитектурного подхода к реализации ИТ проектов на малых производственных предприятиях.

The purpose of the study is the examination of problems in the development of IT solutions. Tasks of the study: - to study the effectiveness of the architectural approach when conducting software development projects; - analyze and justify the choice of software development methodology for the implementation of the IT solution development project; - describe the basic requirements and provide the results of the project on the implementation of the order tracking system; - analyze the results and give recommendations on the conduct of a software development project. The study is performed on the basis of LLC «SV» (Saint-Petersburg). Research methods: architectural modeling, description of the development process, study of publications on the topic of research. The main results of the paper: - investigated the architectural approach when conducting software development projects; - analysis of the effectiveness of the application of the software development methodology in the development of IT solutions; - the results of the project on the implementation of the order tracking system were presented; - a study of the problems encountered and the causes of their occurrence, as well as methods for their avoidance are proposed. The scientific novelty of the study consists in applying the architectural approach to the implementation of IT projects in small manufacturing enterprises.
