Abstract

В данной работе рассмотрены особенности нефтегазовой отрасли и ее цепи поставок. Выявлена необходимость внедрения цифровых цепей поставок в нефтегазовой отрасли и проведен анализ существующих информационных систем, которые предлагают решения для цифровизации цепей поставок. Разработана архитектурная модель управления цепями поставок нефтегазовой отрасли с внедрением цифровых технологий и выявлена ее эффективность.

This paper considered the features of the oil and gas industry and its supply chain. The need for the introduction of digital supply chains in the oil and gas industry is identified. The analysis of existing information systems that offer solutions for the digitalization of supply chains is presented. An architectural model for the supply chain management of the oil and gas industry with the introduction of digital technologies was developed and revealed its effectiveness.
