Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Совершенствование подсистемы управления персоналом». Целью работы является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн». Задачи работы: 1. Раскрыть сущность системы управления персоналом; 2. Проанализировать особенности системы управления персоналом в торговой отрасли; 3. Дать организационную характеристику АО «Стокманн»;  4. Проанализировать систему управления персоналом АО «Стокманн»; 5. Установить достоинства и недостатки системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн»; 6. Выработать мероприятия по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн». Работа выполнялось на материалах АО «Стокманн». Методы: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализы, метод аналогий и SWOT-анализ. Основные результаты работы: ‒ Проведен анализ системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн»; ‒ Выявлены достоинства и недостатки системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн»; ‒ Разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом АО «Стокманн». Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью увеличения производительности труда, снижения текучести кадров и повышения конкурентоспособности компании.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Improvement of the personnel management subsystem” The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop activities to improve the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: 1. To reveal the essence of the personnel management system; 2. To analyze the features of the personnel management system in the trade industry; 3. To give an organizational description of Stockmann JSC; 4. To analyze the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC; 5. To identify the advantages and disadvantages of the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC; 6. To develop the activities to improve the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis of Stockmann JSC. Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies and SWOT analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: ‒ The analysis of the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC was carried out; ‒ The advantages and disadvantages of the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC were identified; ‒ The activities to improve the personnel management system of Stockmann JSC were developed. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of increasing labor productivity, reducing staff turnover and improving the company's competitiveness.
