Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию оценке влияния утомляемости на безопасность персонала штамповочный цех. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ воздействия утомления на безопасность персонала 2. Провести анализ условий труда и уровня утомляемости работников штамповочного цеха 3. Разработать рекомендации по снижению уровня утомляемости с целью повышения безопасности персонала штамповочного цеха. В результате были проанализированы работы, выполняемые в штамповочном цехе. Приведен их список, а также возможные опасные и вредные факторы, которые могут оказывать влияние на жизнь и здоровье личного состава В данной работе описан как снизить утомляемость персонала на участке штамповочного цеха, а также выявленаважность разработки по снижению утомляемости. Результатом работы является, сниженная утомляемость и повышенная производства деталей. Он является действующим и может использоваться для других производств.

Theme of final qualification work: "Assessment of the impact of fatigue on the safety of personnel of the stamping shop." This work is devoted to the study of the assessment of the impact of fatigue on the safety of personnel of the stamping shop. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of the effects of fatigue on staff safety 2. To analyze the working conditions and the level of fatigue of workers of the stamping shop 3. Develop recommendations to reduce fatigue in order to increase the safety of the personnel of the stamping shop. As a result, the work performed in the stamping shop was analyzed. A list of them is given, as well as possible dangerous and harmful factors that may affect the life and health of personnel This paper describes how to reduce personnel fatigue in the area of the stamping shop, as well as the importance of development to reduce fatigue. The result of the work is reduced fatigue and increased production of parts. It is valid and can be used for other industries.
