Abstract

The aim of this work was the implementation of a fluid flow control system for the NANOFOR SPS sequencing device. In the course of this work, the main stages of the sequencing process were studied, a review of the principles of operation of the main components of the hydraulic system of the device was conducted. The operating principle of the LPG10-1000 fluid flow sensor has been studied. A review of the families of microcontrollers was conducted and a microcontroller was selected, on the basis of which the sensor was polled. Software was developed to control the hydraulic system of the device, as well as to collect and process information received from the sensor. Also, a system for logging the operation of the hydraulic system of the device and a system for logging the exchange of information of the fluid flow sensor with the STM32f407VGT7 microcontroller were developed, and the program code for the error processing interface was also written.
