Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы:«Бюджетирование как инструмент финансового планирования на предприятии». Данная работа посвящена исследованию системы бюджетирования на предприятии. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение теоретических основ финансового планирования. 2. Изучение теоретических основ системы бюджетирования, виды бюджетов и методика их формирования. 3. Анализ бюджетирования на примере Кропоткинского филиала ООО «Газпром теплоэнерго Краснодар». 4. Анализ финансового состояния Кропоткинского филиала ООО «Газпром теплоэнерго Краснодар». 5. Разработка направлений совершенствования бюджетирования Кропоткинского филиала ООО «Газпром теплоэнерго Краснодар». Работа проведена на базе Кропоткинского филиала ООО «Газпром теплоэнерго Краснодар», где собиралась значительная часть рабочего материала: баланс предприятия за 2017-2019 год, отчет о финансовых результатах за 2017-2019 год, производственные показатели за 2017-2019 год, бюджет доходов и расходов за 2018-2019 год, бюджет доходов и расходов на 2020 год, бюджет движения денежных средств на 2020 год, планы по статьям затрат на 2020 год, план реализации на 2020 год. В результате исследования проведены анализ экономического и финансового состояния предприятия, системы бюджетирования на предприятии. На основании проведенного анализа в Кропоткинском филиале ООО «Газпром теплоэнерго Краснодар» было разработано предложение о введении бюджета доходов и расходов по каждой котельной предприятия с целью определения ее рентабельности.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Budgeting as a financial planning tool”. The given work is devoted to studying of the budgeting system. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of financial planning. 2. Study of the theoretical foundations of the budgeting system, types of budgets and methods of their formation. 3. Аnalysis of budgeting on the example of the Kropotkin branch of LLC Gazprom Teploenergo Krasnodar. 4. Analysis of the financial condition of the Kropotkin branch of LLC. Gazprom Teploenergo Krasnodar. 5. Development of directions for improving the budgeting of the Kropotkin branch of Gazprom Teploenergo Krasnodar LLC. The work was carried out on the basis of the Kropotkin branch of Gazprom Teploenergo Krasnodar LLC, where a significant part of the working material was collected: the company's balance sheet for 2017- 2019, profit and loss report for 2017-2019, production indicators for 2017- 2019, BDR for 2018-2019, BDR for 2020, BDS for 2020, plans for cost items for 2020, implementation plan for 2020. As a result of this research, an analysis of the economic and financial condition of the enterprise, the basics of the budgeting system in the enterprise was carried out. Based on the analysis, the Kropotkin branch of Gazprom teploenego Krasnodar LLC developed a proposal for maintaining the budget of revenues and expenses for each boiler house of the enterprise in order to determine its profitability
