Abstract

В работе изложены принципы подхода к формированию городской среды, являющейся первоочередной задачей городского управления в части не только создания набора обязательных элементов благоустройства, но и формирования многозадачной функциональной среды пребывания различных типов социальных групп. Даны основные понятия и сформирован перечень принципов комфортной жилой среды. Изучены зарубежные и отечественный подходы к жилому строительству. Был проведен анализ, для обоснования проблемы и предложен ряд вариантов для наиболее полного соответствия современным принципам комфортной среды обитания в городах.

The paper sets out the principles of an approach to the formation of the urban environment, which is the primary task of urban governance in terms of not only creating a set of mandatory elements of improvement, but also forming a multi-tasking functional environment for various types of social groups. The basic concepts are given and a list of principles of a comfortable living environment is formed. Foreign and domestic approaches to residential construction have been studied. An analysis was carried out to substantiate the problem and several options were proposed for the most complete compliance with modern principles of a comfortable urban environment.
