Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of a standard model of supply chain management. In the course of the work, the problems arising in the management of supply chains and methods of solution using modeling are analyzed. Existing models of supply chains are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. Conceptual and simulation models of supply chains are constructed. A typical simulation model is developed based on system dynamics using iThink software. Verification, validation and testing of the model are carried out. The decision-making procedure is described using the developed model. Its scope and prospects for further development are described.
