
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию Ñтруктур в белковых плен-ках, полученных методом клиновидной дегидратации раÑтворов белков. Ð’ работе раÑÑматриваютÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÑ‹ Ñамоорганизации в пленках белка аль-бумина. Ð’ наших иÑÑледованиÑÑ… процеÑÑ Ñамоорганизации раÑÑматривает-ÑÑ Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð¸Ð·Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ и биологии. Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð²Ñ‹Ñвление завиÑимоÑтей физичеÑких параметров Ñтруктур в пленках от начальных параметров раÑтвора, таких как объем, киÑлотноÑть и ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ†ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñолей в раÑтворе. Приведены результаты иÑÑледований дегидратированных пле-нок раÑтвора белка альбумина, формирующихÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾-разному в завиÑимо-Ñти от начальных уÑловий. Также в процеÑÑе работы были проведены предварительные иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ получению дегидратированных пленок из Ñывороток крови Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ заболеваниÑми Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ медицинÑкой диагноÑтики. Ð’ результате мы проанализировали полученные нами Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñделали выводы о завиÑимоÑти Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñтруктур в пленках белков от начальных уÑловий ÑкÑперимента.
This work is devoted to the study of structures in protein films obtained by the method of wedge-shaped dehydration of protein solutions. The paper considers the processes of self-organization in albumin protein films. In our studies, the process of self-organization is considered from the point of view of physics and biology. The aim of the work is to identify the dependences of the physical parameters of the structures in the films on the initial parameters of the solution, such as volume, acidity and concentration of salts in the solution. The results of studies of dehydrated films of albumin protein solution, which are formed differently depending on the initial conditions, are presented. Also in the process, preliminary studies were conducted to obtain dehydrated films from blood serums with various diseases for the purpose of medical diagnosis. As a result, we analyzed the images we obtained and made conclusions about the dependence of the formation of structures in protein films on the ini-tial experimental conditions.
