Abstract

Целью исследования разработка Архитектуры межкорпоративного взаимодействия уровней Юридически Значимого Электронного Документооборота. Задачи исследования: - изучение теоретических основ всех элементов Архитектуры, анализ проблематики документооборота на примере ПАО МегаФон; - определение юридической значимости электронных документов, анализ рынка операторов ЭДО и ИТ решений; - разработка архитектуры межкорпоративного юридически значимого электронного документооборота; - анализ экономической эффективности ЭДО. Исследование выполнялось на базе ПАО «МегаФон» Методы исследования: Применялись основные общенаучные методы исследования, а также методы моделирования информационного общения с использованием вероятностно-временных характеристик. Основные результаты исследования: - разработана модель взаимодействия ОЕД – платформы; - исследованы особенности использования систем ЮЗЭДО, их внедрения и разработки; - подробно разобран каждый уровень Архитектуры ЮЗЭДО; - выстроена цельная Архитектура взаимодействия ОЕД. Научная новизна заключается в моделировании наиболее универсального решения для построения ОЕД-платформ, для быстрого и безопасного обмена документами с К.А. и Гос. Органами.

The purpose of the study is development of the architecture of intercorporate interaction of the levels of Legally Significant Electronic Document Interchange. Tasks of the study: - the study of the theoretical foundations of all the elements of Architecture, the analysis of the problems of workflow on the example of MegaFon PJSC; - determination of the legal significance of electronic documents, market analysis of EDI and IT solutions operators; - development of the architecture of inter-corporate legally significant electronic document management; - business benefits and economic efficiency from the use of EDI, analysis of the volume of workflow. The study is performed on the basis of MegaFon PJSC. Research Methods: The basic general scientific research methods were used, as well as the methods of modeling information communication using probability-time characteristics. The main results of the paper: - a model was developed for the interaction of the SAP corporate information system with the operator’s OED systems; - peculiarities of the use of LSEDI systems, their implementation and development were investigated; - each level of the LSEDI Architecture is analyzed in detail; - the integral architecture of interaction of OED. The scientific novelty of the study consists in modeling the most universal solutions for building OED-platforms, for quick and safe exchange of documents with contractors and government Organs.
