Система управления знаниями (на примере IT компании)

Abstract

Даны общие понятия и определения знаний, управления знаниями. Выявлены и описаны факторы, оказывающие влияние на внедрение СУЗ. Сформулированы гипотезы о влиянии описанных факторов на необходимость внедрения СУЗ. Для проверки гипотез составлен опрос, включающий в себя утверждения, затрагивающие каждый из факторов. На основе анализа факторов предложена модель оценки необходимости внедрения СУЗ. Проведен сбор и анализ данных на основе составленного опроса. По результатам анализа разработаны рекомендации по определению необходимости внедрения СУЗ.

General concepts and definitions of knowledge, knowledge management were studied. The factors that influence the implementation of the KMS were identified. Hypotheses about the influence of the described factors on the need for KMS implementation were formulated. To test the hypotheses, a survey was compiled, including statements affecting each of the factors. Based on the analysis of the proposed factors, a model for assessing the need for the KMS implementation was suggested. The collection and analysis of data based on the survey was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations concerning determination of the need of KMS implementation were given.
