РаÑчет и Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ³Ð¾ процеÑÑа двигателÑ. 2. Ðнализ Ñил, дейÑтвующих на детали кривошипно-шатунного механизма. 3. Ðнализ уравновешенноÑти двигателÑ. 4. ПрочноÑтной раÑчет коленчатого вала и шатуна двигателÑ. 5. РаÑчет ÑиÑтемы наддува. 6. Разработка чертежей компоновки двигателÑ. Ð’ работе был проведен анализ Ñовременных Ñудовых двигателей, отвечающих требованиÑм темы выпуÑкной работы. Были произведены раÑчет рабочего процеÑÑа по методу Гриневецкого-Мазинга и Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ³Ð¾ процеÑÑа методом математичеÑкого Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ программного обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Â«ÐŸÑ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑ-2000», динамичеÑкий раÑчет двигателÑ, раÑчет прочноÑти оÑновных деталей, раÑчет турбокомпреÑÑора. Помимо раÑчетов в данной работе предÑтавлены чертежи продольного и поперечного разрезов, а также Ñхемы ÑиÑтем охлаждениÑ, ÑмазываниÑ, топливоподачи.
Theme of the final qualification work: «Marine diesel engine for a boat with a power of 250 kW» This work is devoted to the development of a diesel engine with a power of 250 kW, designed for installation on a boat. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Calculation and optimization of the engine workflow 2. Analysis of the forces acting on the details of the crank mechanism 3. Analysis of engine balance 4. Strength analysis of the crankshaft and engine connecting rod 5. Calculation of the boost system 6. Development of engine layout drawings. The work was an analysis of modern marine engines that meet the requirements of the theme of final work. The calculation of the working process by the method of Grinevetsky-Masing and the optimization of the working process by the method of mathematical modeling using the software "Process 2000" were performed, the dynamic calculation of the engine, the calculation of the strength of the main parts, the calculation of the turbocharger. In addition to calculations, this paper presents drawings of longitudinal and transverse sections, as well as diagrams of cooling, lubrication, and fuel supply systems.
