Целью работы являлось совершенствование процесса выдачи электронных подписей в компании АО «Калуга Астрал» за счет внедрения в её инфраструктуру информационной системы. Задачи работы: ‒ анализ процесса выпуска электронных подписей; ‒ выявление критических проблем в данном процессе; ‒ анализ путей решения данных проблем; ‒ разработка и ввод в работу информационной системы; ‒ оценка эффективности проделанной работы. Работа выполнена на материалах на базе компании АО «Калуга Астрал», являющейся аккредитованным удостоверяющим центром и занимающейся продажей электронных подписей, сервис по сдаче отчётности и контрольно-кассовой техники. Использованные методы: анализ данных, сравнительный анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов, инструменты разработки, методы оценки эффективности выполненной работы. Результаты работы: ‒ проведён анализ деятельности компании, её организационной структуры; ‒ проведён анализ бизнес-процесса выдачи электронной подписи, выявлены критические места и предложен вариант их устранения; ‒ определены требования к информационной системе, ограничения внедрения и способ её реализации; ‒ разработана и внедрена информационная система выдачи электронных подписей; ‒ проведена оценка эффективности внедрения информационной системы. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности внедрения: внедрение информационной системы было выгодным для компании, поскольку уменьшило количество ошибок, увеличили количество клиентов, их лояльность и прибыль компании.

The purpose of the work – improving the process of issuing electronic signatures in the company of Kaluga Astral JSC. Tasks of work: ‒ the analysis of the process of issuing electronic signatures; ‒ the identification of critical problems in this process; ‒ the analysis of ways to solve these problems; ‒ the development and commissioning of an information system; ‒ the assessment of the effectiveness of the work. Work is performed on the basis of the company Kaluga Astral JSC, which is an accredited certification center and engaged in the sale of electronic signatures, a service for the delivery of reports and cash registers. Methods used: data analysis, comparative analysis, modeling of business processes, development tools, methods for assessing the effectiveness of the work. Work results: ‒ an analysis of the company and its organizational structure were carried out; ‒ an analysis of the business process of issuing an electronic signature was carried out, critical places were identified and an option to eliminate them was proposed; ‒ the requirements for the information system, the limitations of implementation and the method of its implementation were identified; ‒ the information system for issuing electronic signatures was developed and implemented; ‒ an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the information system was carried out. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of the assessment of the effectiveness of implementation: the implementation of the information system was beneficial for the company, as it reduced the number of errors, increased the number of customers, their loyalty and profit.
