Данная работа посвящена исследованию проблемам российского рынка ценных бумаг, инструментам его характеризующим и факторам, которые влияют на функционирование рынка. В процессе работы были решены следующие задачи: 1.определение понятия и сущности рынка ценных бумаг; 2.изучение функций и задач рынка ценных бумаг; 3.анализ особенностей государственного и правового регулирования рынка ценных бумаг в РФ; 4.выявление особенностей развития рынка ценных бумаг в России; 5.анализ состояния РЦБ и факторов на него влияющих 6.выявление основных проблем функционирования РЦБ; 7.определение основных направлений развития рынка ценных бумаг. Работа проведена на базе данных МосБиржи и профессиональной литературы методом сбора и обработки данных. Рынок ценных бумаг является своеобразным индикатором развития экономики страны. С помощью него можно сделать выводы о развивающихся и отстающих отраслях экономики. В условиях подверженности российского рынка ценных бумаг влиянию внешних факторов профессиональным участникам фондового рынка необходимо пристальнее следить за развитием событий путем ежедневного и еженедельного анализа рынка. В результате была проанализировано современное состояние российского рынка ценных бумаг, выявлены проблемы факторы, влияющие на его развитие.

This work is devoted to the study of problems ofthe Russian stockmarket, its characterizing tools and factors that affect the functioning of the market. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1.definition of the concept and essence of the stockmarket; 2.the study of the functions and tasks of the stockmarket; 3.analysis of the features of state and legal regulation of thestockmarket in the Russian Federation; 4.identification of the peculiarities of the development of the stockmarket in Russia; 5.analysis of the stockmarket and factors affecting it; 6.identification of the main problems of the functioning of the stockmarket; 7.determination of the main directions of development of the securities market. The work was carried out on the basis of the Moscow Exchange and professional literature using the method of data collection and processing. The securities market is a kind of indicator of the development of the country's economy. With it, we can draw conclusions about developing and lagging sectors of the economy. In conditions of exposure of the Russian securities market to the influence of external factors, professional stock market participants need to closely monitor the development of events through daily and weekly market analysis. As a result, the current state of the Russian stockmarket was analyzed, and the factors influencing its development were identified.
