Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑÐºÐ½Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ²Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° оÑвещает вопроÑÑ‹ ÑвÑзанные Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ÑиÑтемы автоматичеÑкого управлениÑ, включающей гидравличеÑкий привод Ñ Ð´Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑельным управлением, гидромотор. Ð’ работе произведен выбор оÑновного Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñиловой чаÑти ÑиÑтемы (наÑоÑа и гидромоторов). Были раÑÑчитаны Ñлементы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñиловой чаÑтью привода и поÑтроены ÑтатичеÑкие характериÑтики гидравличеÑких уÑтройÑтв. По результатам раÑчетов был выполнен Ñборочный чертеж гидроуÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð° «Ñопло-заÑлонка». Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого раÑчета ÑлектрогидравличеÑкой ÑледÑщей ÑиÑтемы получены передаточные функции и поÑтроены логарифмичеÑкие характериÑтики разомкнутого контура иÑходной ÑиÑтемы. Разработана Ñтруктурно-динамичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ñхема ÑиÑтемы автоматичеÑкого управлениÑ. Была выполнена ÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ñ€ÐµÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ ÑлектрогидравличеÑкой ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледовательным ÑпоÑобом. По ее результатам были поÑтроены обновленные логарифмичеÑкие характериÑтики, выполнен анализ переходного процеÑÑа в ÑиÑтеме автоматичеÑкого управлениÑ.
This final qualification work highlights issues related to the design of an automatic control system, including a hydraulic drive with throttle control, a hydraulic motor. In the work, the main equipment of the power unit of the system (pump and hydraulic motors) has been selected. The controls for the power part of the drive were calculated and the static characteristics of the hydraulic devices have been built. Based on the calculation results, an assembly drawing of the “throttle-nozzle†type hydraulic amlifier was performed. During the dynamic calculation of the electro-hydraulic servo system, transfer functions have been obtained and the logarithmic characteristics of the open loop of the original system have been constructed. A structural-dynamic scheme of the automatic control system is developed. The electro-hydraulic control system was corrected in a sequential manner. Based on its results, updated logarithmic characteristics have been built, an analysis of the transient in the automatic control system have been performed.
