ИÑÑледование образцов из ВЧ50, качеÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¸ количеÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° параметров Ñтруктуры, поÑтроение однопараметричеÑких завиÑимоÑтей и моделей механичеÑких ÑвойÑтв. Работа проведена на базе СПБПУ в научно-иÑпытательной лаборатории «МеталлургичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑкÑпертиза», где был проведен металлографичеÑкий анализ материалов иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ оптичеÑкой микроÑкопии. Оценка параметров Ñтруктуры была Ñделана Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ анализатора изображений Thixomet PRO. Ð’ результате были поÑтроены ÑтатиÑтичеÑки значимые взаимоÑвÑзи «Ñтруктура-ÑвойÑтва», опиÑывающие Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ðµ-дела прочноÑти, текучеÑти и твердоÑти в ВЧШГ Ñ Ñ„ÐµÑ€Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¾-перлитной мат-рицей без термообработки.
42 pages, 21 figures, 9 tables The theme of the final qualification work: "Identification of «structure-properties» relationships in high-strength ductile iron grade EN-JS1050 with-out heat treatment." This work is dedicated to the study of the structure of ductile iron speci-mens with spherical graphite, revealing of the relationship of structural param-eters with mechanical properties, and plotting of the dependencies of mechani-cal properties on the structure. 1. A literature review on the influence of high-strength cast iron struc-ture on its properties and methods for studying their relationships. 2. Examination of specimens, qualitative and quantitative assessment of the structure parameters, the plotting of one-parameter dependencies and models of mechanical properties. The work was carried out on the basis of SPBSTU in the research and testing laboratory “Metallurgical Expertiseâ€, where a metallographic analysis of research materials was carried out using optical microscopy. The structure parameters were evaluated using the Thixomet PRO image analyzer. As a re-sult, statistically significant “structure-property†relationships were revealed. They describe the values of tensile strength, yield strength and hardness in a ductile iron with a ferrite-pearlite matrix without heat treatment using micro-structural parameters.
