Abstract

Целью данной работы является исследование использования секьюритизации, как инструмента для получения прибыли от операций с предметами искусства в России и за рубежом, а также разработка способа развития механизма секьюритизации на российском арт-рынке. Объектом работы является российский рынок предметов искусства (арт-рынок). Предметом исследования в данной работе является секьюритизация рыночных активов российского арт-рынка. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение и анализ аспектов секьюритизации, а также данных о рынке предметов искусства; 2. Анализ мирового опыта секьюритизации предметов искусства; 3. Анализ российской практики секьюритизации предметов искусства; 4. Определение недостатков российской практики секьюритизации активов предметов искусства; 5. Разработка предложения по развитию секьюритизации предметов искусства в России, которое может повысить эффективность инвестиций на финансовом рынке. В данной работе были произведены расчеты, которые показали, что предметы искусства могут быть использованы в качестве «защитных активов» при формировании портфелей ценных бумаг. Проведя анализ прошлого опыта инвестиций в предметы искусства в России, можно предложить инвестиционный проект по секьюритизации предметов современного русского искусства, который может повысить эффективность инвестиций на финансовом рынке.

The given work is devoted to studying the use of securitization as a tool for making a profit from operations with art objects in Russia and worldwide, as well as to create a way to develop a securitization mechanism in the Russian art market. The object of work is the Russian art market. The subject of the study in this work is securitization of market assets of the Russian art market. The research set the following goals: 1. Study and analysis of securitization aspects as well as art market data; 2. Analysis of world experience of securitization of art objects; 3. Analysis of Russian practice of securitization of art objects; 4. Identification of drawbacks of the Russian practice of securitization of art objects; 5. Development of a proposal for the development of securitization of art objects in Russia, which can improve the efficiency of investments in the financial market. The calculations, made during the research, show that objects of art can be used as "Asset protection" in the formation of portfolios. By analyzing the experience of investing in art in Russia, we can offer an investment project for securitizing contemporary Russian art, which can improve the efficiency of investment in the financial market.
