Abstract

В данной работе изложена сущность использования рекламных и PR-технологий. Даны общие понятия и классификация рекламе и PR-технологиям, как в целом, так и в кофейной сфере. Проведен SWOT-анализ пространства «Склад 17», проведено анкетирование и интервьюирование. Проведѐн сравнительный анализ PR и рекламы в сфере спэшиалти кофеен. Разработано конкретное PR-мероприятие, а также рекомендации по дальнейшему продвижению пространства «Склад 17» с использованием рекламы и PR-технологий.

In this paper is stated the essence of the use of advertising and PR-technologies. General concepts and classification of advertising and PR-technologies are given, both in general and in the coffee house sphere. SWOT-analysis of the space «Sklad 17» was carried out, were conducted questionnaires and interviews. Was conducted a comparative analysis of PR and advertising in the specialty coffee house sphere. A specific PR-action was developed, as well as recommendations for further promotion of space «Sklad 17» using advertising and PR-technologies.
