Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Рынок облигаций в России и Китае». Объектом квалификационной работы является изучение основ существования и функционирования рынка облигаций, предметом - совокупность отношений, возникающих в процессе функционирования рынка облигаций в России и Китае. Данная работа посвящена анализу рынка облигаций в России и Китае. На основе изучения теоретических аспектов рынка облигаций, описания их видов, преимуществ и недостатков, а также изучения процесса развития и современного состояния рынка облигаций России и Китая нами был проведен сравнительный анализ китайского и российского рынков облигаций по определенным критериям, даны соответствующие рекомендацию по совершенствованию и дальнейшему расширению рынка.

Theme of the final qualification work: «The bond market in Russia and China». The object of the presented qualification work is to study the foundations of the existence and functioning of the bond market, the subject is the totality of relations that arise in the process of functioning of the bond market in Russia and China. This work is devoted to the analysis of the bond market in Russia and China. Based on a study of the theoretical aspects of the bond market, a description of their types, advantages and disadvantages, as well as a study of the development process and the current state of the Russian and Chinese bond markets, we conducted a comparative analysis of the Chinese and Russian bond markets according to certain criteria, appropriate recommendations for improving and further expanding the market are given.
