Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Мониторинг реляционного взаимодействия бизнес-процессов торговой сети Пятерочка». Данная работа посвящена исследованию реляционных взаимодействий бизнес-процессов в торговой сети. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: - Оценены реляционные взаимодействия между бизнес-процессами торговой сети «Пятерочка»; - Выявлены проблемы при реляционном взаимодействии бизнес-процессов; - Проанализированы причины возникновения нарушений; - Разработана программа развития реляционных взаимодействий бизнес-процессов. Работа проведена на базе торговой сети «Пятерочка», где собиралась значительная часть данных: производился замер времени, необходимого для выполнения процесса, проводились наблюдения за работой сотрудников для описания бизнес-процессов «как есть». Были проведены расчеты эффективности функционирования бизнес-процессов. Анализ проводился с помощью качественных методов оценки реляционных взаимодействии между бизнес-процессами и с помощью количественных. В результате разработана программа развития реляционных взаимодействии бизнес-процессов торговой сети «Пятерочки» на основании проведения реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов «Комплектация товаров на складе» и «приемка товара в магазине».

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Monitoring relative interactions of business processes of a trading network Pyaterochka. This work is devoted to the study of relational interactions of business processes in a trading network. The research set the following goals: - Estimated relational interactions between business processes of the Pyaterochka retail chain; - Identified problems in the relational interaction of business processes - The causes of violations are analyzed - A program for the development of relational interactions of business processes has been developed. The work was carried out on the basis of the Pyaterochka retail chain, where a significant part of the data was collected: the time required to complete the process was measured, the employees were monitored to describe business processes “as is”. Calculations were made of the effectiveness of the functioning of business processes. The analysis was carried out using qualitative methods for assessing relational interactions between business processes and using quantitative ones. As a result, a program was developed for the development of relational interaction of business processes of the Pyaterochka retail chain based on the reengineering of the business processes “Complete goods in a warehouse” and “goods acceptance in a store”.
