Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию релÑционных взаимодейÑтвий бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов в торговой Ñети. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: - Оценены релÑционные взаимодейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´Ñƒ бизнеÑ-процеÑÑами торговой Ñети «ПÑтерочка»; - Ð’Ñ‹Ñвлены проблемы при релÑционном взаимодейÑтвии бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов; - Проанализированы причины Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ½Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹; - Разработана программа Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ»Ñционных взаимодейÑтвий бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов. Работа проведена на базе торговой Ñети «ПÑтерочка», где ÑобиралаÑÑŒ Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ‡Ð°Ñть данных: производилÑÑ Ð·Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ€ времени, необходимого Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑа, проводилиÑÑŒ Ð½Ð°Ð±Ð»ÑŽÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð° работой Ñотрудников Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ð¸ÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¸Ð·Ð½ÐµÑ-процеÑÑов «как еÑть». Были проведены раÑчеты ÑффективноÑти Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¸Ð·Ð½ÐµÑ-процеÑÑов. Ðнализ проводилÑÑ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ качеÑтвенных методов оценки релÑционных взаимодейÑтвии между бизнеÑ-процеÑÑами и Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ количеÑтвенных. Ð’ результате разработана программа Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ»Ñционных взаимодейÑтвии бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов торговой Ñети «ПÑтерочки» на оÑновании Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ¸Ð½Ð¶Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¸Ð½Ð³Ð° бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов Â«ÐšÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð² на Ñкладе» и «приемка товара в магазине».
The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Monitoring relative interactions of business processes of a trading network Pyaterochka. This work is devoted to the study of relational interactions of business processes in a trading network. The research set the following goals: - Estimated relational interactions between business processes of the Pyaterochka retail chain; - Identified problems in the relational interaction of business processes - The causes of violations are analyzed - A program for the development of relational interactions of business processes has been developed. The work was carried out on the basis of the Pyaterochka retail chain, where a significant part of the data was collected: the time required to complete the process was measured, the employees were monitored to describe business processes “as isâ€. Calculations were made of the effectiveness of the functioning of business processes. The analysis was carried out using qualitative methods for assessing relational interactions between business processes and using quantitative ones. As a result, a program was developed for the development of relational interaction of business processes of the Pyaterochka retail chain based on the reengineering of the business processes “Complete goods in a warehouse†and “goods acceptance in a storeâ€.
