Abstract

Разработан проект по адаптации сотрудников на производственном предприятии. Приведена характеристика организации, организационная структура планово-экономического управления. Проведен анализ проблем адаптации персонала в организации, связанный с отсутствием автоматизации процесса онбординга. Для данных проблем предложен проект автоматизации процесса адаптации по методу 4С. Для её создания использовались такие инструменты, как Notion, 365Done, ClassMarker. Для управления проектом применен логико-структурный подход. Разработан план реализации проекта с помощью программного продукта Microsoft Project. Проведено экономическое обоснование проекта.

A project has been developed to adapt employees at the production facility. The characteristics of the organization and the organizational structure of planning and economic management are given. The analysis of problems of personnel adaptation in the organization related to the lack of automation of the onboarding process is carried out. For these problems, a project for automating the adaptation process using the 4C method is proposed. Tools such as Notion, 365Done, and Class Marker were used to create it. A logical and structural approach is applied to project management. A project implementation plan was developed using the Microsoft Project software product. The economic justification of the project was carried out.
