Получены СТМ Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸Ð¸ поверхноÑти, ÑвидетельÑтвующие о Ñложном ее рельефе. Локальные вольтамперные характериÑтики, измеренные при разных напрÑжениÑÑ… ÑÐ¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ разных направлениÑÑ… его развертки ÑвидетельÑтвуют о Ñложном и неоднородном Ñпектре Ñлектронных ÑоÑтоÑний в образце.
Structure of the porphyrin layer doped by Zn and deposited to graphite single crystal from solution in toluene was studied using a scanning tunneling microscope at ambient conditions. STM images of surface acquired give evidence of complicate of surface relief. The local current-voltage characteristics at different bias voltages scale and at different directions of scaling indicate the complicate and heterogeneous energy spectrum of electron states in the sample.
