Abstract

На 101 с., 14 рисунков, 17 таблиц, 1 приложение. В работе проанализирован и структурирован практический материал в области риск-менеджмента; приведены сведения относительно системы менеджмента качества и процесса управления рисками в компании, являющей поставщиков автомобильных комплектующих. Разработана методика «обратного» FMEA анализа. В целях документационного обеспечения внедрения методики в организации разработаны дополнительные формы документов, которые позволяют сократить время на оформление результатов исследований. Разработанная методика позволяет своевременно определять изменения в процессе производства продукции и учитывать данные изменения с целью предотвращения возникновения и развития негативных явлений.

101 pages, 14 figures, 17 tables, 36 sources, 1appendice. In the work, theoretical material in the field of risk management is analyzed and structured. There is information about the quality management system and the risk management process in a company that is a supplier of automotive components. The technique of Reverse FMEA analysis has been developed. In order to provide documentation support for the implementation of the methodology, additional forms of documents have been developed in the organization that can reduce the time required to complete the research results. The developed technique allows you to determine changes in the production process on time and take into account these changes in order to prevent the occurrence and development of negative phenomena.
